Hi, I'm Raymond Lara
I started Cadillac Heating & Air to bring honest, dependable HVAC service to my neighbors here in the Sacramento area.
I've spent years working on heating and cooling systems, and the thing that always bugged me was how often homeowners got talked into things they didn't need. A repair billed as a replacement. A system oversized for the house. A price that changed halfway through the job.
So I built a company around the opposite: tell people what's actually wrong, give them real options, and price the work up front. If a repair gets you through the season, that's what I'll recommend. If replacement is the smarter call, I'll say so — with numbers, not pressure.
